This transformation began in the spring of 2009 and is expected to be completed by the spring of 2010. These dishes will contain fewer calories. There will be new items on the dinner menu. Romano’s Macaroni Grill has paper covering the tablecloths in the restaurants. Guests are provided with crayons for writing or drawing on the paper. Some locations have singing waiters.
